I'm kind of curious why no halloween event has been announced thus far. If i recall correctly they had announced halloween by this time last year. What no mad king this yr? Could you plz comment on this anet. Or anyone else who has factual info. If your just guessing plz refrain from posting in this thread.

Yes, there will be a Halloween event this year. Details, I have not, but that confirmation I can offer.
